* Discounts/rates pertain to BOMA Greater Charlotte memberships only.  Each BOMA region is managed separately separately.  For instance, if you have employees that are members of another BOMA region (Atlanta, Raleigh, etc.), the multi-member discounts do not apply. It also may mean that if you are a member of another region, it does not guarantee that you are a member for BOMA Greater Charlotte. You will still need to go through the process to complete an application and have it approved by the board.

Please note that a membership with BOMA Greater Charlotte also includes membership to BOMA International, so it is two memberships for the price of one!

Allied Member = Vendor (Please note that we are experiencing a 3-4 year waitlist.  We review applications in order of receipt, so please enter the name and email address of the contact who will be able to make decisions about membership opportunities.  If you are a BOMA International Partner/Sponsor, please indicate the level on the application. 

Memberships are active from January 1 (or the day you join) through December 31 of each year. 
Please note that as of January 1, 2026, all credit card processing fees will be included in invoices and payments.

  • Property Managers, Building Owners & their Engineers are considered Principal Members; please check the correct box indicating the type of Principal Member category you would fall under.
  • Vendors are considered Allied Members and we are currently on a 3-4 year wait list for Allied members as we strive to maintain a healthy ratio of Principal: Allied members so that membership is beneficial to all members.  Engineering Firms are considered Allied Members.
  • All memberships are by individual; please complete an application for the person from your company who wishes to be an active member in BOMA Greater Charlotte.  This will be the primary contact person to receive communications and information.
  • Allied membership applications must be sponsored by a local BOMA Greater Charlotte member - the name and email of that member will be required to complete the application.
