2023 Member Award Nominations

General Awards Criteria

The individual submitting the nomination and receiving the nomination must be a member in good standing of BOMA Greater Charlotte.  Submissions should be on the nomination form below, outlining the criteria specified in the award category.  Please explain items in detail that would help support nominees qualifications. 

Principal Member of the Year                             

• Actively seeks BOMA associate members for consideration on any contracts for the managed property.
• Actively involved with BOMA and has served on or as Chair of Committees.
• Provides a high level of professionalism when dealing with clients, other BOMA members, and the commercial real estate community.

Allied Member of the Year                              

• Promotes BOMA Greater Charlotte with a high level of active involvement in the association by attending most or all functions, providing sponsorships or other active support, active committee involvement, membership promotion, etc. over and above general membership.
• Provides a high level of professionalism when dealing with clients, other BOMA members, and the commercial real estate community.
• Promotes BOMA to property management community.
• May not have won this award in the last two years.
