Responsible for maintaining all aspects of the physical plant, establishing and maintaining successful office management practices, and supervising administrative support staff

Monitors the physical safety of the facilities. Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience

Secure initial permits and contracts for the contact center

Manage upgrades and maintenance to building, including performing space planning and overseeing space coordination efforts

Maintain adequate supply levels and facility inventories and reconciles supply purchases to operating budget Negotiate, review and manage facilities service contracts

Establish and communicate emergency and security procedures

Establishes and communicate Health and Safety procedures to meet OSHA requirements for Contact Center

Establish mail routines

Maintain janitorial contracts

Manage vendor relationships (e.g., beverage machines, flora, etc.)

Perform other duties as requested by supervisor

Qualifications

Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Ability to analyze and interpret data
Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure
Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
Ability to show judgment and initiative and to accomplish job duties
Ability to use personal computer and software applications (i.e. word processing, spreadsheet, etc.) Ability to work independently
Ability to work with others to resolve problems, handle requests or situations Knowledge of cable television products and services

Required Education
Associates degree or related work experience
