Eligibility Requirements: 

To be eligible, please submit this form for consideration, which will be reviewed by a committee.  
  1. You must be a member in good standing (dues paid) of BOMA Greater Charlotte. 
  2. You are a BOMA Greater Charlotte Property Manager, either experienced OR an Emerging Professional (An emerging professional is defined as a BOMA member working full-time in commercial real estate whose responsibilities include managing or assisting in operating commercial properties and who have five (5) years or less experience in the industry.)
  3. You are willing to write a quick article for an upcoming newsletter about your experience, or insights gained.
