This scholarship opportunity is for the upcoming BOMA Conference.  BOMA Greater Charlotte would like to support one of our members and cover the cost of early bird registration and hotel accommodations, estimated value at $1,500.  NOTE:  You will be responsible for your own flight and any incidentals.

Eligibility Requirements: 

To be eligible, please submit this form for consideration which will be reviewed by our committee leads.  
  1. You must be a member in good standing (dues paid) of BOMA Greater Charlotte. 
  2. You are a BOMA Greater Charlotte Property Manager, either experienced OR an Emerging Professional (An emerging professional is defined as a BOMA member working full-time in commercial real estate whose responsibilities include managing or assisting in operating commercial properties and who have five (5) years or less experience in the industry.)
  3. You can commit to attending all of the sessions during the conference.  
  4. You are willing to to present a brief overview of your experience and what you learned at our next lunch.
  5. You can provide a brief article for our upcoming newsletter about insights from the conference.
