By registering as a member or a guest of this event, as with all BOMA sponsored events, you are agreeing to adhere to BOMA's Code of Conduct Policy.  This is in addition to any additional Code of Conduct outlined by the venue of which we have contracted.

Photography release: There will be photography that is used for social media and other promotions.  As a registrant of this, as with other BOMA events, you hereby grant BOMA and its agents and designees irrevocable and unrestricted permission to use, reproduce and publish any and all photographs/videos/voice-overs that BOMA or its agents or designees take/record of me or of my family at BOMA sanctioned events or in which I may be included, for promotion, publication, illustration, trade, advertising and any other lawful purpose and in any publication, multimedia outlet, website, social media, or any other manner or medium, without payment or other consideration. As such, I hold harmless and fully release BOMA and its agents and designees from any and all claims, demands and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the organization's use or publication of said photographs/videos/voice-overs.
