By completing this registration I hereby grant BOMA Greater Charlotte and its agents and designees irrevocable and unrestricted permission to use, reproduce and publish any and all photographs/videos/voice-overs that BOMA Greater Charlotte or its agents or designees take/record of me or of my family at BOMA Greater Charlotte sanctioned events or in which I may be included, for promotion, publication, illustration, trade, advertising and any other lawful purpose and in any publication, multimedia outlet, website, social media, or any other manner or medium, without payment or other consideration. As such, I hold harmless and fully release BOMA Greater Charlotte and its agents and designees from any and all claims, demands and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the organization's use or publication of said photographs/videos/voice-overs.
