- Maintain and repair all installed systems in a one million square foot portfolio at three different locations in Charlotte NC.
- Collaborate with all vendors and contractors to ensure all tasks are performed safely and to satisfaction.
- Be involved in all NFPA inspections and repairs.
- Maintain a clean neat work area and Maintenance Shop, keeping tools in good order and good working condition.
- Maintain inventory of stock materials for HVAC, Lighting, Plumbing, Acoustical Ceilings, etc.
- Always maintain a clean, neat and professional appearance.
- Interact with all Tenants, Inspectors, Vendors and Contractors with a high level of professionalism.
Qualifications
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
● 2+ years of experience in Building Maintenance and or certification in a Maintenance related trade.
● Good computer skills with Microsoft programs
● Good oral and written communication skills.
● Good troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
● Ability to climb ladders and work in tight places.
● Good record keeping skills.
● Be available to be on call on a weekly rotation schedule.
